Menu from SlimWORLD


Salam... 
ni antara menu yg dah dok mcm pekasam takde masa nak taip, yerlaa aku cam hilang mood nak update perihal diett sebb hampir 4 bulan berat tak turun dia main paras tu jerr 64kg 65 n 66 (pusing2 area tu jerr huhuhuhu) turun half kg naik pulak balik, bulan puasa aritu pon tak turun2 pagi raya berat aku 64kg tu lerrr hampeh betul! alih2 pas raya leh naik 2kg so berat skang 66kg... tak ker haru.. mak n ayah marah2 gak...  tgk aku makan sket jerr semuanya cam main rasa2 jerr... pas jer raya aku stop makan yasmin... (yasmin ni antara pil perancang yg aku amalkan sejak nov 2009 lepas aku gugur bulan sept 2009), hasil goggle dan discussion dgn kawan2 aku dapati pil perancang ni mmg menganggu diet kiter, atas2 individu jugak ada org makan makin kurus tapi aku tak kott... bila makan jerr esok sure muka dah cam sembab pastu bila timbang sure naik punyalaa adoii... nnt aku update bila aku dah berenti makan yasmin cemana perjalanan diett aku...
dalam gambar tu mmg tak jelas.. me mmg murah hati nak type balik lorr...

PLAN 2 (600 - 800) CALORIES INTAKE - 10 DAYS

Before brakfast : Drink 1 large glass (about 300ml) water, preferably mineral water.

BREAKFAST :  1 cup cofee or tea (no sugar or milky) (1tps skim milk allowed)
1 serving of Nutrition Drink

Alternative :  1 hard - boiled egg (50 cal)

In between meal, drink plenty of water

LUNCH :  1 plate mixed vegetables (172 cal)
1 rice bowl tofu (bean curd) soup with minced meat (no fats)

Alternative :  1 slice of fish with tamarind assam fish (127 cal)
1 rice bowl of cabbage soup with spare ribs (no fats) (44 cal)
1 plate mixed vegetables (chap chye) (172 cal)

AFTERNOON TEA :  Drink plenty of water

DINNER :  1 serving Nutrition Drink
1 piece lean fillet steak (100gm) (196 cal)
1 rice bowl of tomato soup (100 cal)
1 bowl of vegetable salad with Fresh dressing (11 cal)

Alternative :  1 plate steamed bean curd with chicken (No skin or fats) (79 cal)
1 plate pickled vegetables 2 dessert spoonfuls (0 cal)
1 plate of bean sprouts (12g)
1 bowl - water crest soup with lean meat (10 slices) (36 cal)

TOTAL CALORIES INTAKE :  652 calories

wahh slim world.... huhuhu... saya dh banned dh pusat2 perlangsingan ni.. sebab dh terkene'... huhu nt la satu hari nanti saya ceta kt blog...
